以上电话是免费的，而且很多提供翻译服务，即使不会英文也会有中文翻译帮助你。其中的一些机构还有网聊的服务。
中国：
可以查询北京心理危机研究与干预中心，在北京回龙观医院，他们有一个免费的心理危机和自杀干预热线：800-810-1117，每天二十四小时开通。直接打中心的电话是：86-10-62716497.
